- Follows the store's aftersales processes and ensures full adherence to repair/returnpolicies and procedures
- Adheres to lossprevention, inventory controls and standard operating procedures ofthe company
- Provides assistance in storemerchandising in product placement andarrangement
- Ensures the highest standards ofhousekeeping standards and grooming etiquettes are maintained instore at all times
- Defines performance goals at thestart of the year in discussion with the reporting manager andensures that the goals are achieved during the course of theyear
- Takes ownership of his/her own learningagenda by identifying development needs in consultation with themanager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goesbeyond just training and development
- Keepsabreast of professional developments, new techniques and currentissues through continued education and professionalgrowth
