    Our current vacancy Fulltime Longterm REMOTEResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.

    Source and identify qualified candidates using various platforms (Linkedin Recruiter job boards social media referrals databases etc.).Conduct thorough screenings interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit.

    Develop and implement aggressive hiring strategies to meet the companys rapid growth needs.
    Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Promote the companys culture and values to attract highquality and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

    Provide regular updates to the Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
    Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
    RequirementsAt least 35 years of proven experience in sourcing recruiting or headhunting preferably within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
    Strong sourcing and networking skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic and startup environment.
