Description

The Project manager will play a key role that contributes to the success of project deliverables of our innovative telecom project management software.

As a liaison between technical and business teams, the Project manager will collaborate closely with both groups to ensure there is clear understanding of the Why, What and How of project deliverables.

Telecom experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with PMO and scrum master to schedule project tasks and events.
Maintain project status and give daily updates to customer
Converting business requirement documents into wellstructured JIRA stories.
Coordinate customer meetings in the planning phase of sprints ad make sure the stories are well defined without any ambiguity.
Collaborate with developers and system architects during the execution phase of sprints and take necessary action to clear the roadblocks in development.
Maintain the project schedule as agreed with the customer. identify risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Demo and coordinate the UAT of sprint items.
Feel the pulse of the customer and act proactively in solving customer problems.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

5 years' experience in project management role for complex and highprofile software solutions (Web and Mobile App)
Proven track record in collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver products against tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Well spoken and written English.
A positive and winning personality.
Collaborative, pragmatic and flexible
A client, team and solutionoriented attitude
Proficiency in JIRA
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:
