- Any degree in BusinessAdministration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or relatedmajor
- Previous Marketing and/or Press Relationsexperience in a similarenvironment
- Understanding and previous workexperience with hotel operations. At least 3-5 Years in thehospitality, experience in a leadership role is aplus
- Strong analytical skills to understand keybusiness indicators and competitive trends and develop approachesto these challenges
- Knowledge and skill for thecomplete use of Windows Applications and MS Office Suite along withadministrative skills
- Previous preferredexperience in implementing a business excellence or Marketingmanagement model
- Ability to review andinterpret large amounts of data andinformation
- Demonstrates an understanding ofcommercial awareness, able to adapt to changing priorities with keyjudgement and decision-making skills
- Creativelyminded and has a desire to work in marketing and/or PR for thehospitality industry
- Strong written and verbalskills along with interpersonal and public speakingskills
- High level of responsibility andreliability
