Description

Answering customer inquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.

Giving information and helping to solve customer problems.

Selling products and process booking requests.

Arranging services for customers, for example, arranging car transport or special requests.

Processing complaints and, if appropriate, issuing refunds after management approvals.

Coordinate payments by cash, cheque or credit card and handling invoices.

Follow up on customer's experience and assuring positive feedback.

Contribute to social media development and respond to online reviews.

Handling the contracting process with third parties and assuring products consistent updates on all channels, daily search and ongoing contact with travel agencies including OTA, tour operators and hotels to expand our B2B segment.

Maintain and update customers database and assure proper filling system in place.

Assist in organizing marketing collateral as required.

To be efficient in this role, you can often quickly progress to management where you would be in a position of authority to manage a team of Customer Services Assistants.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month


Education:

• Doctorate (preferred)

Experience:

• Travel & Tourism: 2 years (required)
