Description
Facilitate the addition of new products by sourcing new merchants in the FMCG Industry

  • Identify and introduce new product lines to maximize sales, margin and inventory productivity.
  • Negotiate initial stock orders or drop ship arrangements
  • Manage and direct product listing associates on new product key features, pricing, etc.
  • Review and approve new product pages to ensure engaging content that will convert
  • Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships
  • Monitor catalog, analyze changes in sales patterns and adjust pricing and/or merchandising accordingly
  • Attend trade and distributor shows to identify growth opportunities
  • Review industry periodicals, trade journals and catalogs for industry trends
  • Full preparation and analysis of product and sales report for E-Makan.
  • Negotiate and challenge key brand partners for exclusivity vendor terms, sampling to support financial plans and strategy.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience
  • Advanced Excel data manipulation and reporting experience
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Flexible and able to effectively multitask in a fast paced work environment
  • Previous online retail or E-Commerce experience
  • General interest, knowledge and/or experience with FMCG Industry
  • Basic understanding of any E Commerce Flatforms and Software
Fluent in English
Arabic is an advantage


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:


  • E-Commerce: 3 years (preferred)
