- Consistently offer professional,friendly and engaging service
- Identify andanticipate guests' needs and ensure personalized serviceis provided
- Provide Food and Beverageservices
- Greets guests and presents them withthe menu
- Informs guests about the special itemsfor the day and menu changes if any
- Suggestfood and beverages to the guests
- Take food andbeverage orders from the guest
- Assist with anyplans or arrangements the guest intends to make during theirstay
- Ensure that all requests from guests aremade possible and are followed up on
- Fullyunderstand and have knowledge of all in suite services, technology,amenities, functions and systems
- Assist guestsregarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpfulway
- Follow department policies, procedures andservice standards
- Follow all safetypolicies
- Other duties as assigned
- Passion for guestservice.
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication, interpersonal
- Highly organized,results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work wellunder pressure.
- Previous experience inF&B Service is a must
- Fluency inEnglish, and at least one additionallanguage
- Must have the ability to handle amultitude of tasks and Guestrequests.
- Knowledge of Opera or Opera CloudProperty Management System an asset.
- Ability towork independently and prioritizeresponsibilities.
- Computer proficiency in aWindows environment (Word, Excel,PowerPoint).
