Hiring "
Hydraulic Machines Maintenance Technician"

Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and
    repairs on hydraulic machines,
    CNC laser machines,
    press brake machines,
    CNC printing machines,
    chillers,
    welding machines and
    cooling systems.
-
DIAGNOSE
mechanical,
Electrical &
Electronics software and
hydraulic issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure machines operate efficiently and safely.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance activities that least impact production schedules.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance performed, repairs conducted, and parts used.
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment to restore normal operation promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine technology and maintenance techniques.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

-
Strong expertise in hydraulic systems, laser systems, press brakes, printing machines, chillers, and cooling systems.

  • Proficiency in
    diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Experience:

Proven
experience as a Machines Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.

Salary:

3000 AED AED + Visa+ Insurance + Transportation + Lunch will be provided by the Company.

Working days:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm,2 days off in a week (Saturday & Sunday Off)
