    KeyAccount Manager Manager International (m/f/d) Commercial Cateringfulltime

    Tasks

    • Shape and buildHupfer s global distribution based on our businessstrategy
    • Identify potential partners withindifferent markets and market segments (such as care, catering,canteen kitchens)
    • Develop existing customers,analyze new market opportunities and establish newcooperations
    • Identify and monitortenders
    • Create a sustainable network withinthe responsible countries
    • Pursue on the groundsales, conduct prices and order negotiations and support contractclosures
    • Create offers and document orders andvisit notes using our CRM system
    • Create andcontinuously adjust presentations, reports, business plans,forecasts and statistics
    • Participate atevents, fairs and conferences
    • As the voice ofyour customers collaborate closely with German headquarters andtheir stakeholders
    • Travel up to 70% within theassigned territory
    • To be located near a majorEuropean airport is a plus

    Requirements

    • Bachelor sdegree or solid commercial background
    • Ideally> 3 years working experience in the segments of commercialkitchens, catering, gastronomy
    • Firstexperience in international sales (, distribution business, tenderbusiness, dealer business) and the ability of running own accountsand growing business
    • You combine analyticalacumen with pragmatic execution and an ability to quicklyunderstand and address heterogenous markets
    • You are a highly self-motivated sales expert withhands-on mentality and an entrepreneurial mindset
    • You convince with strong communication and projectmanagement skills and have a KPI-driven way of working
    • A solid knowledge of using common Office applications aswell as CRM software is a must
    • Affinity forself-organized, digital work
    • You are fluent inEnglish and ideally German and/or another secondlanguage
