Puzzle Brands is one of the largest fashion stock-trading companies based in Eastern Europe that focuses its operations in CEE and MENA regions. We distribute excess inventory, previous seasons, shop returns and sample collections of well-known fashion brands.

We are looking to expand our team with Sales Representative as follows:

Main responsibilities:

B2B Experience

• Daily communication with potential or current customers by email and phone.

• Generating customized offers thus ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Processing and tracking of customer orders and requests.

• Handling documentation flow: invoices, packing lists, contracts and other paperwork.

• Reporting and analysis of the ongoing department activities using CRM and ERP software.

Requirements:

• Sales customer experience

• Fluent in English – both written and verbal.

• Good knowledge of Excel.

• Being a result-oriented team player, open to a dynamic environment.
