• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to customers' orders.
• Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Ensure legal drinking age requirements are met by checking identification.
• Maintain a clean and wellstocked bar area, including restocking supplies and garnishes.
• Utilize bartending equipment to mix and prepare drinks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in drink quality.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, process payments, and maintain a cash register.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and practice responsible serving.
• Engage in friendly conversation with customers, providing attentive and prompt service.
• Upsell drink specials and promotions to maximize sales.
• Clean and sanitize glassware, bar tools, and workstations regularly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain knowledge of liquor laws.
• Collaborate with bar staff and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on current mixology trends and beverage offerings.

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation methods.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and bill calculation.
• Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
