- Degree in Engineering (preferred)with 20+ years' experience in the Oil & GasIndustry with 15+ years in offshore Drilling and Operations, out ofwhich 7 years as an offshore Drilling Supervisor/drillingsupervisor.
- Extensive prior experience ofworking for an E&P Operator.
- Must haveexposure to the drilling of Horizontal wells, Well complications,and DST
- Must have valid IWCF level IV (Surface– Supervisor)Certification.
- Knowledge and understanding ofcompletion simulation software: Wellcat, Prosper,etc.
- Knowledge of HSE standards isessential.
- Minimum 5 years of UAEexperience.
