- Bachelor degree in structural /civil engineering
- Previous work experience(through internships and/or 1–2 year professionalexperience)
- Basic knowledge inAutoCAD
- Know-how in usage of structuralengineering software (R-Stab, Staad, SAP2000, ....) is aplus.
- Know-how about plant design software(SmartPlant 3D or PDMS) or BIM is aplus.
- Understanding the correlation betweentechnical and commercial aspects of engineeringwork
- Interest in solving complex engineeringproblems based on analytical mindset.
- Pursuitin goal achievement and a solution-orientedpersonality
- Track-record of meeting deadlinesand not compromising on quality by working effectively withothers.
- Empathy and ability to work in amulticultural environment.
- Efficient Englishcommunicator (oral and written)
- High learningagility and willingness to understand also small details asrequired.
- Willingness to find solutionsindependently, but ready to follow directions in more complicatedsituations.
- Proficient in Microsoftsoftware.
