Job Summary:
F&B (Food and Beverage) Project Manager


The F&B Project Manager oversees and manages all aspects of food and beverage projects within an organization, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of the F&B industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables for F&B initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management, chefs, procurement, and operations teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring costeffectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Vendor Management: Identify and engage with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
  • Menu Development: Work closely with culinary teams to develop innovative and appealing menus that align with project goals and target audience preferences.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to uphold food safety standards, consistency, and excellence in F&B offerings.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, food handling guidelines, and licensing requirements.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational support to F&B outlets, addressing challenges, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor project performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to assess the success of F&B initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and revenue growth within the F&B department.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (X years) in F&B project management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations, culinary trends, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the F&B industry.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decisionmaking and performance evaluation.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

From AED15,000.00 per month
