Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the organization, specifically focusing on Arabicspeaking stakeholders.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, both internal and external.
  • Translate documents, reports, and communications between Arabic and English.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Assist in managing travel arrangements and accommodations for Arabicspeaking executives or clients.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries in Arabic, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations in both Arabic and English.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
