Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is looking for a
Quality Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Create quality standards, policies, and procedures and monitor these against the agreed targets.

Ensure that the aforementioned standards, policies, and procedures align with the accreditation standards.

Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures undertaken by the company.
Developing internal audit tools for monitoring implementation of and compliance to company policies and procedures.
Determine datadriven solutions and implementing quality improvement plans.
Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation as part of maintaining a quality system for the company
Maintain a high level of understanding of the company's protocols, standards, and procedures.
Continued quality improvement of all protocols, policies, and procedures that align with the company vision.
Ensure compliance with the Department of Health
Abu Dhabi, Dubai Health Authority, and other regulatory bodies such as TASNEEF and CARF.
Perform key statistical data analysis.
Participate in Quality Department meetings for reviewing processes and progress.
Perform any other role related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control as assigned by the Quality Coordinator and/or Quality Director.

Minimum Education Level required:
Bachelor in any related field

Work Experience
-
With experience and expertise in DOH/DHA/MOH healthcare standards as well as CARF, JCI and ISO international standards

minimum 5 Years experience
Special Skills/Attributes required for the job

Proficient in English, speaking and writing.

Expertise in developing policies and procedures and with experience in tender submission for new projects
