About the role

We are on the lookout for a CADDrafter Design Coordinator who will be responsible for producingdetailed technical drawings specialising in FF&E detailshospitality design and be responsible for high quality projectdesign deliverables in both FF&E and constructiondocuments.

As aCAD Drafter Design Coordinator you will report to the DesignManager on tasks and deliverables and work directly with him/her toensure the facilitation of a projects completion; ontimeon/underbudget and meets company quality standards. You will workon any/all phases of development including concept design schematicdesign design development construction documents and constructionadministration and be able to undertake design project technicaldrawings FF&E detailing and construction details.

You will also have theability to work independently & translate concept totechnical drawings details and FF&E details with minimalsupervision and with maximum quality & precision. You willhave the ability to take site measurements liaise with contractorsassist with site visits coordination meetings site surveys and beproficient with interior design standards and knowledge of localcodes would be an asset.

About you

The successful candidate for thisposition will have a minimum of 34 years experience in a similarposition and have exceptionally strong CAD skills with provenexperience & the ability to translate concept to technicaldrawing packages and details and the ability to manage multipletasks and meet tight deadlines.

You will ideally have a bachelorsdegree or a diploma in Drafting/CAD and exceptional skills inAutoCAD 2D and / or 3D. You will also be proficient with MSOfficeOutlook. SketchUp 3D modeling Photoshop software experience wouldalso be an asset.
