Job summary
This role is responsible for evaluating patients referred to physiotherapy organizing and implementing individualized therapeutic programs and monitoring the patients progress and response to treatment.- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients physical psychological and functional needs to develop personalized therapy plans.
- Deliver hands-on physiotherapy across a wide range of conditions including musculoskeletal neurological post-operative and complex rehabilitation cases.
- Set clear patient-centered goals and work collaboratively with patients caregivers and clinical teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
