Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and edit highquality content for property listings, blog articles, press releases, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
Conduct research to stay updated on real estate market trends, property features, and relevant industry topics to develop informative and compelling content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand positioning and target audience.
Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic to our digital platforms.
Produce visually appealing and shareable multimedia content, including photos, videos, infographics, and virtual tours, to showcase properties.
Engage with the online community, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster meaningful interactions with potential clients.
Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of content initiatives and make datadriven recommendations.
Stay updated on emerging content trends, industry best practices, and digital marketing advancements to continuously enhance content strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role in the real estate industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic language skills are a plus.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO principles, and content management systems.
Proficiency in using content creation tools, graphic design software, and social media platforms.
Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, property features, and industryspecific terminology.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing errorfree, wellstructured, and engaging content.
Creative thinking, with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and storytelling approaches.
Portfolio of previous content creation work, demonstrating a strong command of language, visual aesthetics, and engagementdriven results.
