We are experiencing demanding growth across our embedded programmes and are seeking to build our database of worker welfare, labour rights and HSE consultants in the Middle East.


We are seeking consultants of all levels to deliver high quality worker welfare, labour rights and HSE support to clients across the region.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative coordination to worker welfare monitoring activities on construction projects including scheduling and liaison with stakeholders
  • Provide data entry support to auditors to maintain accurate logs and records of audit findings
  • Ensure timely and efficient reporting to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Minimum of two years' administrative or project coordination experience, preferably in the Middle East
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office), proficient in Excel, experience using document control platforms an advantage
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with limited supervision
  • Has excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience with document control in a construction environment is an advantage
