    Description

    · Manage multiple stores across the UAE

    · Hiring people for all the stores

    · Managing and motivating sales teams

    · Oversee recruitment of store managers and store retail staff

    · Ensure all store staff are trained as per company guidelines

    · Maintain store staff appraisals and conduct yearly appraisals

    · Ensuring stores hit sales targets and maximize profits

    · Ensuring that customer service at the focus of all stores and all employees

    · Resolving customer complaints

    · Implementation of customer loyalty program

    · Marketing and promotions of all stores

    · Extensive experience in sales and promotional activities across the country

    · Understanding of all legal requirements to carry out sales and promotions across all the relevant government ministries

    · Setup promotional displays and materials across all stores

    · Ensure Visual merchandising standards are implemented as per the VM guidelines of the company

    · Store appearance from VM, cleanliness, storerooms, changing rooms should be a top priority

    · Make sure cameras, music, and anything IT related are always working

    · Ensure store targets are set in time, ad targets are met across all stores

    · Communicate with all mall management offices to take part in marketing activities

    · Make sure new store openings take place on time

    · Work on operating manuals, to adhere to company SOP's and KPI's and make sure these are met- Store operations, Visual merchandising

    · Inventory management- Work closely with warehouse manager to ensure new products are delivered to store in a timely manner

    · Inventory management- Ensure each store has enough stock to hit targets

    · Inventory Management- Work with the inventory management team to ensure that store stock takes are conducted on time and reports submitted to head office on time

    · Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and being aware of all upcoming new retail destinations.
