The Requirements
Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as an Assistant Head Sommelier or higher
WSET Level 3 or above qualification in this field
Sake knowledge / keen interest to learn
A passion for people and delivering an exceptional and memorable guest experience. Is positive and upbeat...
The desire to learn, improve, develop, and grow
