Learn the Revenue Management business processes and systems as they vary by brand and regionLearn the implementation and support processes while remaining up-to-date on process changesReview the support processes to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and efficient to meet changing business standards and processesReview release notes to ensure that standard practices and procedures remain current with changing Revenue Management technologyLiaise with other support teams when vital to ensure communication and escalation paths are in place


Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus significant Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus extensive Technology related experiencePrevious work experience in a Technology or related fieldProficient with travel industry database systems and distribution, including experience with Revenue OptimizationGRO Implementation execution experienceExperience leading multiple projects concurrentlyProficiency in Information Technology relating to Sales, Revenue, and Property Management systems
