What You'll Be Doing


We are looking to hire a
PMO Analyst to join our central Portfolio and PMO team, supporting Group Technology and Data.

As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of projects across the organization.

Your primary responsibility will include building detailed project and portfolio dashboards, keeping projects on budget, tracking progress, and analyzing project data to identify areas of improvement.

Ultimately ensuring the PMO is monitoring and controlling the central delivery portfolio, and project managers are adhering to best practice project management processes and practices.


Project Governance Support

  • Assist in the adherence and maintenance of project governance frameworks, processes, and standards.
  • Ensure project adherence to established methodologies and best practices.
  • Monitor project compliance with company policies, guidelines, and industry regulations.
  • Support CITO and CITO office on strategic project coordination.

Project Reporting and Tracking

  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of dashboards and executive summaries.
  • Monitor and Control project status reports, and KPIs metrics to provide realtime visibility into project performance.
  • Consolidate data from various sources and analyze project information to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Manage workplan, tracking and analytics for the program / project execution.
  • Regularly update project stakeholders on progress, milestones, and key deliverables, risks & issues.
  • Support in financial tracking and reporting work for the program / project.

Resource Management

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure appropriate resource allocation across projects.
  • Assist in resource forecasting and capacity planning to optimize project team efficiency.

Documentation and Documentation Management

  • Manage project documentation repositories, ensuring version control and accessibility.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project templates, guidelines, and process documentation.

Project Communication

  • Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams, stakeholders, and the PMO.
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and reviews.

Risk and Issue Management

  • Monitor project risks and issues, escalating critical items to the PMO Manager as needed.
  • Support the implementation of risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure project deliverables meet the quality standards and align with project objectives.
  • Maintain, monitor and control delivery framework gates and adherence.
  • Facilitate project reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve future project execution.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) as a Project Coordinator or similar role in a PMO environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Prince 2 certification.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings
  • Advanced Excel and data vis
