    Junior SalesManager

You would join ourCommercial department, based out of the Milan office and willreport to the Head Of Commercial.

    About The Role

    As a Junior Sales Manager you are responsible foracquiring and developing strategic clients and pushing our growthin Italy.

    IN THIS ROLE YOUWILL:

    • Take fullresponsibility on a specific sennder Italia's clientportfolio;
    • Work directly with your accounts toidentify and develop new business opportunities;
    • Conduct ongoing analysis using our CRM (reports, salesKPIs) of the sales process in order to improve its efficiency andto manage the entire opportunities life cycle;
    • Ensure new revenue to the company by taking fullownership of the whole sales cycle (from cold calls to contractsign);
    • Collaborate with the operationsdepartment and pricing function to ensure that clients receive anexcellent service;
    • Build up your skills inorder to grow into a potential leading role in thefuture.

    PREFERABLYYOU HAVE:

    • At least 3years of experience in sales or commercial roles (B2B). Freightforwarding industry / road transport highly preferred;
    • A real hunter-mind, with the ability to influence anaudience;
    • A self-starter with a hands-onapproach;
    • Availability to travel within thecountry (to attend customers meetings);
    • Ideally a native level of Italian language and a verygood English knowledge.
