Creative Campaigns Manager


The Creative Campaigns Manager is a dynamic and visionary member of the senior team of the Creative Department, leading and driving creative initiatives within our thriving Department.

Reporting directly to the Head of Production, the Creative Campaigns Manager will oversee creative projects and actively contribute to the refinement and implementation of streamlined processes across the department.


Responsibilities:


  • Project Ownership: Manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, quality, deadlines, and budget considerations
  • Strategic Direction: Collaborate with the Head of Production and other stakeholders to define and refine the strategic direction of projects, ensuring alignment with client/company goals and target audience preferences.

Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with various teams within the department to ensure cohesive execution of creative projects and consistency in messaging.


  • Creativity: Inspire a team of creative professionals, fostering an environment that encourages innovative thinking, collaboration, and the development of exceptional creative solutions.
  • Proactivity: The Creative Campaigns Manager is expected to proactively propose initiatives that increase the overall productivity of both the Creative Department. This role encourages independent initiative to identify and pursue opportunities for creative advancement.
  • Process Enhancement: Contribute to the evolution of departmental processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and improved collaboration. Implement best practices to streamline creative operations
  • Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices, infusing innovative ideas into projects and guiding the team toward cuttingedge approaches.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with the Head of Production to manage creative project budgets effectively, optimising resource allocation and maintaining financial accountability.
  • Quality Control: Contribute to a high standard of creative excellence, to ensure that all deliverables meet established quality benchmarks and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role within a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading creative projects and teams, with a portfolio showcasing innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a keen understanding of design principles and creative production processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
