Scope:


Responsible for the sale of After Market products, services and solutions generally sold directly to the end users for hydrocarbon gas processing, treating and gas compression or power generation plants.

The equipment Enerflex covers for this market is primarily reciprocating compression, oil-flooded screw compressors, gas engines and all related parts and ancillary equipment like coolers, control panels, instrumentation etc.

Principle


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all activities necessary to close profitable business for the company
  • Make regular sales calls / visits to customer accounts, develop new and maintain existing client relationships
  • Research and identify potential customers for Enerflex products and services. Along with management develop and execute sales and business development strategies
  • Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions as required
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain Enerflex products and services to customers and prospective customers
  • Present an indepth rounded understanding of the company products, functions, features and benefits
  • Lead a team and manage additional technical resources for meeting the accounts needs
  • Work and communicate well with all internal customers including Engineering and Service teams
  • Attend trade shows and seminars to promote products and learn about industry developments as required
  • Increase and retain market shares
  • Identify, develop and close complementary solutions and sales opportunities
  • Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
  • Supports the preparation of budgets and account plans for the area covered
Job Specifications

  • University Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years related experience in the market with a proven track record
  • Experience with in selling aftermarket solutions in the oil and gas industry is required
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment is preferred
  • Proven track of closed and successful deals. Knowledge of market and customer specifications.
  • Knowledge of international business practices, payment terms, incoterms
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, follow up on commitments, solve problems, communicate persuasively, be selfmotivated and work between time zones and multicultural environment
  • Strong organizational, team player, leadership, customer management and negotiation skills
  • Computer proficiency is required. Good working knowledge of typical Microsoft suite of software is required, experience with CRM is a Plus
  • Effective verbal and written skills. Arabic and French are a Plus
