Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, is looking for a service-oriented
Outlets Manager to join their extraordinary team Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai.

Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world's leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses.

The newly opened Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.


As our new
Outlets Manager you could be leading the charge to ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience - whether they've worked up an appetite for a full conference banquet or are just joining us for their favorite hot beverage.


A little taste of your day-to-day:

As an Outlets Manager you will oversee the operations of the hotel's outlets in day day-to-day basis, including all day dining restaurant, pool bar, coffee lounge, room service and banqueting.

You will help in projecting the business levels and accordingly, schedule resources of both materials and manpower.

As a member of the team, an Outlets Manager plays a significant role in forecasting future business and plans for the same.


Responsibilities include ensuring that all F&B service operations comply with sanitation and safety standards maintained for guests and colleagues; checking that all equipment is in working order; inspecting all facilities; and taking action to ensure that all outlet is visually appealing and attractive to guests.


  • Participate in the preparation of the annual outlets operating budget and financial plans. Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labour costs.
  • In partnership with the Food & Beverage incharge, identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue. Drive promotions that deliver great dining experiences for guests at a good value.
  • Ensure all credit and financial transactions are handled in a secure manner.
  • Manage daytoday staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
  • Educate and train all team members in compliance with local laws and safety regulations. Ensure team members are properly trained on quality and service standards, has the necessary tools and equipment, and is empowered to carry out job duties.
  • Ensures that all of the team is confident and familiar with all information regarding the Outlets, menu, Hotel and facilities.
  • Responsible for conducting effective departmental meetings on a regular basis and communicates information of importance to the team.
  • Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals. Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Interacts with Kitchen and Stewarding departments to ensure that the operation runs smoothly.
  • Oversees the SOP manual for all F&B Service operations.

What We need from you:


  • Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, or related field
  • 2+ years' related experience, including management experience
  • Excellent English communication skills, with additional languages preferred
  • Leadership skills
  • High level of energy and drive to achieve operational and business goals
  • Attention to detail and drive for results
  • Positivity and flexibility to work in small or large teams towards the success of own division as well as the overall hotel
  • Ability to initiate and follow through new projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop and foster beneficial relationships
