Data Analyst
Our client based in Dubai is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their marketing team. This role involves a significant focus on analyzing company data to inform strategic decisions, creating insightful dashboards, driving rigorous A/B testing, and building detailed campaign reports. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
Salary = AED 9,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
● Analyze a wide range of company data to support decision-making processes
● Utilize advanced analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets. Translate findings into actionable recommendations that inform business strategies and contribute to improved user experiences.
● Develop and maintain dashboards using third party software from CRM, website, and internal databases for the marketing and sales teams, providing real-time insights into performance metrics.
● Construct daily and weekly reports and dashboards for campaigns, websites, etc. highlighting key metrics and trends.
● Utilize Excel and dashboard software such as Tableau and Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) proficiently to analyze data and create visual representations and dashboards
● Has a strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
● Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data in an understandable manner to stakeholders at all levels.
● Work with CRM and paid social and performance teams to ensure data is analyzed, kept up to date and key trends identified and acted on.
● Collaborate with stakeholders from management, media, marketing, sales, and CRM to align data-driven insights with overall business objectives.
● Lead the development and execution of comprehensive A/B testing strategies across various business functions. Collaborate with teams to identify testing opportunities, design experiments, and analyze results to drive data-backed decision-making.
● Create and set up variables in GTM
● Create and set up GTM data layers
● Make data layer recommendations and test across new website forms, changes to forms, and new campaign pages
● Proactively monitor industry trends and provide comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the real estate sector.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
● Proficiency in Excel and experience with dashboard software like Tableau as well as GA4, and Looker Studio
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
● Must have proficiency in spoken and written business English because you will be conveying complex information in reports via English
