- Minimum - educated to NVQ level 4 /HNC in Information Technology, Clinical or Computing relatedsubject or equivalent or relevant experience gained from working inthe NHS or similar healthcareenvironments
- Experience of working within ateam-based work environment
- Advanced ECDL or equivalentqualification
- Experience of working with andsupporting NHS patient-based ITsystems
- Experience of working with learningmanagement systems or e-learning package creationtools
- Experience of connecting PC's andperipherals together and to networks
- High level of computer literacy,including the use of Windows and Microsoft / Office 365 tools,particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Data inputto a high level of accuracy to support system changes
- Understand the requirements of DataProtection Act, Computer Misuse Act, and IM&T systemssecurity policy and be aware of the requirements of InformationGovernance, Clinical Governance andCaldicott.
