Job Purpose:


The key objective of the role is to drive and accelerate retail acquisition and transform the digital sales engine to straight-through processing delivering a seamless customer experience; to work effectively with product and sales teams to further strengthen Citi's Digital value proposition.


Job Background/context:

One of the key priorities of the bank is to accelerate the NTB growth.

The role will report to the Digital banking head and the person will have to lead the overall digital acquisition and partnership strategy, collaborate cross-functionally to simplify the digital experience and fulfillment processes, and identify opportunities for growth in the ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the overall digital strategy for acquisition and partnerships, implement bestinclass practices across various channels, and actively manage the channel performance leveraging a datafirst approach.
  • Develop, design and execute strategic campaigns and partnerships leveraging strong market/digital brands and partner with the marketing, sales and product teams to engineer a communication framework relevant and impactful to the customer.
  • Deliver key insights to business partners to continue to grow current and new portfolios. Lead a mobilefirst approach and design customercentric digital sales experiences.
  • Partner with regional DSM to leverage adtech/martech tools and adapt bestinclass programs to significantly improve digital media performance.
  • Champion technology enhancements and partnerships with market regulatory/ecosystem players to simplify digital sales/onboarding experience and make the process low touch and straightthrough.
  • Identify and lead integration of new capabilities and technologies to improve digital targeting and funnel performance (analyticsdriven).

Person Specification

Knowledge/Experience:


  • At least 710 years of experience in Digital product development & management and Project management
  • Experience in digital CX design and optimization
  • Experience in driving strategic partnerships that drives business value
  • Strong understanding of martech/adtech stacks tools and capabilities necessary to work with big data across the organization

Skills:


  • Ability to get into and working on detailed plans to drive speed of execution while staying focused on quality and sustenance of output
  • Exemplary leadership skills to be able to lead, influence and partner with teams across and outside the organization to drive the digital strategy and framework
  • Experience managing large and complex projects across multiple stakeholders and teams

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree holder with relevant work experience, Masters preferred

  • Strong Leadership skills that can provide effective challenge
  • Expertise in finance technology and analytics
  • Strong team player who thrives in a demanding and fastpaced environment
  • Strong relationship building skills & experience of working in a matrix organization will be considered an advantage

Role Requirements:


  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Acquisitions, digital media, product development & management and Project management, Agency and partner management
  • Strong understanding of the overall Digital media ecosystem media buying, customer journeys, digital technology, Ad platforms, Digital Analytics, Social media marketing and general optimization techniques and fundamentals
  • Experience in Digital Sales driving sales deliverables

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree holder with relevant work experience, Masters degree preferred
  • Any additional certifications on Digital Marketing preferred
