- KPI Development: Develop organizational and departmental KPIs to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement across HR functions.
- Manpower Planning: Consolidate and analyze manpower requirements and develop strategic recruitment plans accordingly.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the planning and execution of recruitment campaigns ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates.
