    Qualifications
    Strong academic background (e.g., Business, Mathematics, Economics) from top‑tier university.
    1‑3 years of experience preferably in consulting.

    Ability to adapt quickly to challenging and frequently changing environments, while working on challenging topics across multiple business areas under tight deadlines.

    Ability to multi‑task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
    Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    Demonstrated leadership experience.
    Proven experience working in a team environment.
    Business Process Management or Reengineering.
    Stakeholder Management skills.
    Interest or prior involvement in ESG/sustainability topics is a plus.
    Business proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
