    Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

    We are in search of a Marketing Manager to bolster our mobile gaming brand in the MENA region. This critical role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with regional trends and consumer behaviors, enhancing brand visibility, user engagement, and market entry. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure that regional marketing strategies are well-executed and in harmony with our global objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and launch region-specific marketing campaigns in coordination with cross-functional teams.

    2. Analyze performance metrics, drawing on local insights to sharpen marketing strategies.

    3. Manage creative direction, customizing content to fit regional channel preferences.

    4. Innovate in content and strategy, guided by local market intelligence. 5. Increase brand visibility and market reach through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

    Requirements:

    1. At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand and performance metrics, and a thorough understanding of the MENA market.

    2. Proven track record in making data-driven marketing decisions.

    3. Solid grounding in the gaming industry, with the ability to understand gamer behavior and effective distribution methods.

    4. Outstanding communication skills; fluency in Arabic and English is essential, and proficiency in Chinese is highly beneficial.
