    • Collaborate with the project leadto manage engagement efforts with project stakeholders, tailoringstrategies as needed based on project scale andscope.
    • Develop and execute stakeholderengagement plans in alignment with the overarching stakeholderengagement strategy.
    • Conduct stakeholdermapping exercises to identify key individuals and organizations,and craft targeted communication strategies to address theirspecific interests and concerns.
    • Respond tostakeholder inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in atimely and professional manner.
    • Actively managethe stakeholder engagement monthly newsletter by suggestingrelevant topics and execute the newsletter using the offereddigital platform.
    • Manage the LinkedIn page ofthe client to maximize engagementlevel.
    • Provide an annual event participationplan locally and globally.
    • Develop the clientannual engagement plan that would cover update meetings withstakeholders.
    • Manage stakeholders'participation in the client projects andevents.
    • Reach out to potential stakeholders andapplicant for the client award. The award takes place every twoyears.
    • Supervise and guide stakeholderengagement coordinators, overseeing their activities to ensureadherence to timelines and projectrequirements.
    • Work in close coordination withcross-functional project team members, liaising with otherStakeholder Managers within the team and collaborating with theclient team.
    • Provide comprehensive briefingsand support to technical teams in preparation for meetings withstakeholders.
    • Organize and participate instakeholder meetings alongside technical team members, ensuringprompt feedback on stakeholder inputs and requests to technicalteams.
    • Plan and manage workshops, roundtablediscussions, and forums, including the development of agendas,project plans, minutes, and reports.
    • Maintainaccurate records of stakeholder interactions and activities withinthe stakeholder database, ensuring a comprehensive audittrail.
    • Represent the program in client-facingmeetings and collaborative planning workshops, providing updates onprogress and insights into stakeholder engagementefforts.
    • Contribute to the preparation ofweekly and monthly reports for projectmanager.
    • Attend and actively participate in theStakeholder Engagement Working Group, facilitating the resolutionof actionitems.


    Bachelor'sdegree in a relevant field; Master's degree is aplus.

    • 3-5years of proven experience in relevantfield.
    • Proven experience in stakeholderengagement, relationship management, or a relatedfield.
    • Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to diverseaudiences.
    • Excellent English writingskills.
    • Strong organizational skills andattention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks andpriorities.
    • Experience in supervising orguiding team members is advantageous.
    • Abilityto work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamenvironment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills andthe ability to build rapport with stakeholders from variousbackgrounds.
