Supervise QA/QC Inspectors

Review daily witnessing reports
Oversee monthly consolidated reports and reconciliations
Ensure documentation compliance and audit trail integrity
Prepare executive summaries for management
Conduct periodic inspection audits
Verify compliance with Company procedures and HSSE standards
Maintain independence and integrity of witnessing activities
Minimum 10 years senior site experience in QA/QC, auditing, or inspection
Mandatory experience with PV modules and solar project operations
Experience with scrap metal handling and weighbridge witnessing
EPC or O&M project experience
Strong understanding of batch-based logistics operations
Proven reporting discipline and evidence management
Demonstrated leadership capability
Utility-scale renewable energy experience
Third-party witnessing experience
Knowledge of UAE material handling regulations
Professional QA/QC or auditing certifications

This role is critical to ensuring compliance, verification, and documentation integrity across all material handling operations.
Role Purpose
The Site Superintendent will act as the Lead Witness Auditor, responsible for methodology ownership and overall consistency across inspection activities. This position serves as the primary escalation point with the Company Representative and maintains operational oversight of all witnessing services.
