Business Development Manager to join our team.

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the industrial sector.

• Understanding the concept and objectives of industrial project development consultancy.
• Researching and gathering information from various authorities, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to stay updated on industrial developments, regulations, and investment opportunities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including industrial zone authorities, government officials, developers, contractors, and potential clients.
• Developing a deep understanding of the facilities, incentives, and advantages offered by different industrial zones across the UAE.
• Analyzing and comparing different industrial zones to determine the most suitable options for clients based on their specific requirements, budget, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients, leveraging your knowledge of industrial zones and market trends.
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our client base.
• Tracking market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting role, preferably within the industrial sector in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of industrial project development processes, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional client service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
