    We are looking to hire a high-performing B2B Sales and Business development Manager with 3-4 years of prior sales experience in the FMCG Retail or Horeca The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills with a proven track record in the FMCG space will know where to look and how to convert opportunities for the Closely collaborating and working with the Founder and the CEO in a high paced start-up environment, you will be responsible for crafting plans, strategies, and executing the

    The roles and responsibilities include: ; Plan B2B Sales Strategies to grow the awareness and acceptance of Products in the Retail and Horeca Take ownership; create Sales systems, processes and reports for the field sales and client engagement ; Relay Market feedback with the Sales Team and be a part of straitening the go to market strategy (channels, comp pricing, packaging, overall value proposition to clients, timing ) for new ; Foster and Maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, partners to effectively service their ; On boarding repeat customers / accounts for national retail / bulk ; Overseeing pre- to post-sales activities while ensuring the greatest level of client ; Focus on training, development and mentorship for the sales team - guiding them with their growth, clear business priorities and building a robust sales ; Co-ordinate with internal teams (quality, operations ) to ensure high service levels to clients and smooth
    Requirements: ; Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and analytics ; Sales, F&B / Groceries / Value-added packaged food products Niche Category Sales, Field Sales, GT/MT ; Ability to communicate well in Hindi, Marathi and ; MS Excel, Google Docs, ; Detail and Results ; Punctual, Dependable and ; Min 3-4 years of work experience in FMCG Retail or Distribution, Food bulk sales or Hospitality ; Good negotiation ; Good understanding and network among A+ retail clients / Horeca clients / Volume
