To provide layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD in accordance with project specifications.

Supervise the Detailers team by managing their time and by crosschecking all drawings to ensure it is up to standard.
Support the Project Managers with accurate drawings from design to production.
Prepare assembly and detail drawings.
Prepare BOQ for the approved drawings for the procurement, production and PMs depts.
Makes necessary time calculation for drawings development and Ensure deadlines are met
Liaise with manufacturers to make sure requirements are met.
Solve fabrication problems and have log book to work on the improvement for the upcoming projects.
Continuously look for and suggest ways to improve the process internally.
Provide information and make suggestions on availability of suitable FF&E as required
To prepare full FF&E schedule
To prepare, schedule and cost all FF&E specification
Prepare spreadsheets outlining all costs and gain approval from FF&E Director
Liaise with FF&E Director and Commercial department to ensure all costs budgets are approved
Oversee purchase orders, specification sheets and control books for all requirements.
Negotiate, coordinate and liaise with suppliers to ensure that all specifications and deliveries are being met on time and on budget.
