    • Propose key reports that willprovide foresight and guidance for the overall ecosystem, focusingon labour and employment policy and human capitaldevelopment
    • Conduct high-quality, targetedlabour and employment policy-basedresearch
    • Effectively design and implementinnovative tools to evaluate the impact of employment policyinterventions to address Emirati employment constraints inaccordance with policies and programmingguidelines
    • Assist in the development of reportsto support workforce planning and downstream education for labouralignment initiatives Assist senior leadership with publication ofperiodic reports on the overall impact of the programmes forEmiratization and distil best-practices
    • Providepolicy advice and assist on policy-based research and analysis inthe areas of labour market requirements, skills agenda and otherhigh-priority labour policyissues

    Researchand Benchmarking

    • Assistpartners to develop specific research and studies to guide theEmiratization CompetitivenessEcosystem.
    • Conduct benchmarking and communicatewith key international and regional entities with similar mandatesto share ideas and innovations that can be customised for UAEmarket

    Qualifications,Experience, Knowledge, AndSkills

    • Aminimum of bachelor's degree in economics, labour studies,public policy or any other related field, preferably with arelevant postgraduate degree
    • 3-7 years ofexperience in Economics, labor Market Analysis, Social SectorPolicies, Employment Creation and labor MarketIndicators
    • Ability to compile, analyze, andreport data to explain labour market phenomena and forecast labourmarket trends
    • Ability to use innovative dataanalytics and data gatheringmethodologies
    • Design, develop and appraisepolicy interventions and run multi-criteria analysis for policyprioritisation
    • Strong international or regionalknowledge is desirable, especially regarding the MiddleEast
    • Demonstrated capability and track recordin the practice of planning and performance management that hasprogressed to a leadership role
    • Must have theproven ability to handle complex, unstructured problems in arigorous, analytical fashion
