To strengthen the office in Sharjah (UAE branch), Euroboor is looking for a motivated and proactive accountant assistant with knowledge of the 1C program


Job Description and requirements:

Monthly Accrual and prepayment entries.

Preparing data for finance manager for yearly external audit.

Monthly financial reports finalization (Balance sheet & Profit and loss).

Monthly Bank reconciliation.

Monthly reconciliation with suppliers.

Monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts.

Calculating Sale margin and profitability on demand.

Make sure correct shipping cost is being distributed over the goods.

Preparing suppliers payments and make sure that all the supporting documents are checked and filed.

Calculating sales team commissions.

Control petty cash and day to day expenses.

Experience in 1C Accounting software is a must.

Must have a good grip on UAE VAT.

Experience of corporate taxation of any country (UAE will soon implement Corporate Tax).

Cooperation with 1C support supplier, putting tasks, controlling result.

Putting data, correcting data in to 1C program.

Creating documents (quotation/ PI / invoices), posting documents.

Money allocation against right documents.

Sending statements through company database (controlling payment).

Any other duty assigned my management.
