    Job Overview:


    You will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, managing a team of marketing professionals, and contributing to the company's growth and brand visibility in the competitive real estate market in Dubai.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and revenue goals. Ensure all marketing efforts are in line with the brand's vision and values.

    Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals, and providing guidance to achieve exceptional results. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

    Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand guidelines. Maintain brand integrity across all marketing collateral.

    Digital Marketing: Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website management. Ensure a strong online presence and engagement.

    Content Strategy: Develop and maintain a content strategy that delivers valuable and relevant content through various channels, such as blogs, social media, and newsletters, to attract and retain clients.

    Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales. Monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

    Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed marketing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.

    Budget Management: Responsible for the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure a high return on investment.
