    To oversee the entire operations of our nursery, including managing production, maintenance, and sale of native and adaptive plants/trees. Lead the operations team to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.

    • Human Resources: Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to staff engaged in operations department to maintain high productivity levels.
    • Production: Ensure timely production and shipments by working with internal and external departments.
    • Sales and Marketing: Establish costing sheets for inventory and develop sales strategies.
    • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and industry partners.
    • Trends: Stay current with industry news and product trends regionally and globally.
    • Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with company's internal and regulatory policies.
    • Budgeting: Be aware of operational budgets and ensure compliance.
    • Reporting: Monitor inventory quantity, production, and operational losses.
    • Safety & Quality: Implement related standards at Operations level to ensure quality and safety.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Agriculture) or Master of Science (Agriculture) degree.
    • Advanced computer literacy, including MS Office suite.
    • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
    • 7-10 years of experience in nursery or related industry.
    • Ability to multitask and lead operations through positive motivation and guidance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the operations team to ensure maximum productivity.
    • Manage production, maintenance, and sale of plants/trees.
    • Develop sales strategies and establish costing sheets for inventory.
    • Stay current with industry trends and news.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
