What youlldo

Partners with key stakeholders and customersacross the organization to define the product vision strategyfeatures and prioritization.

Performs marketanalysis to assess market needs and availability of similarproducts while understanding everyonesneeds

Creates and maintains the product roadmapand growth opportunities

Plan and prioritize theproduct features backlog and support the crossfunctional teamsduring the development stage to make sure all deadlines are metbased on the product roadmap.

Provides backlogmanagement iteration planning and elaborating the epics featuresuser stories and acceptance testcriteria.

Performs product backlog grooming withrequired stakeholders to ensure that the team always has anadequate amount of prior prepared tasks to workon.

Inspect and evaluate product progress andreview each iteration outcome

Ensuring that goalsscope and product domain are understood by everyone on the ScrumTeam as well as possible.

Prepares mock wireframeand prototypes to facilitate better requirement gathering processeswith clients and the product team.

Removingimpediments and clarify the requirements to the development team tokeep progress toward the sprintgoal.

Participates in the presales demos anddiscussions to establish and document the clientrequirements.

Prepares and maintains the productdocumentations.

Prepares training materials usermanuals and provide training to the product endusers.

Works closely with Project Managers tomaintain the product backlog for the customer changes and newfeatures related to each project.

Keeps abreastwith Agile/Scrum best practices and newtrends

Participates in reviewing the productdesign with the UX team and provide potential improvement wheneverapplicable to ensure the user experience is aligned with the domainstandards.

Plays a main role between thearchitecture and SME team and the development team to prepare thefunctional design documentation modeling and workshops based on anintimate knowledge of the users andtechnology.

The skills youllneed

58 years of experience with similar recentequivalent experience

Minimum of bachelorsdegree

Certification in business analysis oragile product owner is highly desired

Indepthknowledge of Agile process andprinciples

Experience with frameworks andprocesses related to digital productdevelopment

Experience in continuous ideationproduct design iterative development deployment &adoption

Changemakers problem solvers questionersand good facilitators

Solid organizational skillsincluding be proactive take ownership selfstarter give attention todetails and excellent product owner skills and ability to managemultiple tasks effectively

Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to engage influence andinspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration andalignment

Experience working in a highlevelcollaborative environment and promotingteamwork.

Balance of technical knowledge andbusiness acumen

Experience in using agile toolssuch as Azure DevOps and Jira is aplus

Experience in working in ArtificialIntelligent and Data Science fields is a plus
