We are seeking a dynamic and driven E-commerce Executive to join our team and take charge of our online retail operations.

As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms, driving online sales, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daytoday operations of our ecommerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts, to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and sales figures, to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Coordinate product listings, pricing, and inventory management to optimize sales opportunities and ensure product availability.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive online traffic and sales.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to online orders and purchases.
Stay updated on the latest ecommerce trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend their implementation to enhance our ecommerce operations.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visually appealing and compelling product presentations and website layouts.
Assist in identifying and implementing improvements in the ecommerce process to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Ecommerce Executive or in a similar role within the ecommerce industry.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, SEO, and online advertising.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Techsavvy and adaptable to learning new tools and software related to ecommerce.
A passion for staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce.

Salary:
AED3,500.00 per month
