Personal Executive Secretary:


Responsibilities:

Maintaining Executive's Agenda:


  • Assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Ensure efficient coordination of the executive's schedule.

  • Capture important discussions and decisions.

  • Receive and screen phone calls.
  • Redirect calls appropriately based on urgency and relevance.
