- Review and approval of nonstandard execution methods.
- Innovative ways to deliver to client's needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain an overall department budget.
- Provide guidance and oversight on projects while driving KBR's quality initiatives and standards.
- Establish succession planning and mentorship throughout the group.
- Responsible for all personnel decisions across the team.
- Aid in sales and proposal pursuits including development of work hour estimates required to properly execute a given scope of work.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimum ten (10) years of experience, with an average of 15
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
- Knowledge/expertise in engineering execution for a diverse range of project types and phases across the refining, petrochemical, and LNG industries.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including responsibility for budget
- Experience with employee performance appraisals and coaching required
