Description
Provide secretarial/administrative support

  • Managing and organizing meetings and/or appointments
  • Prepare reports, documents and presentation
  • Prepare and maintain Manager's expense report
  • Maintains item records and forms as required by the corporate management and policies.
  • Sets up a systematic and efficient filing system
  • Ensures that place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality as well as professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

3 Years of proven experience:

Currently in Dubai:


  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Wellverse in MS Office package
  • Time management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
  • Must be detailoriented, analytical, and resultsdriven.
  • English language proficiency
  • Degree Holder

Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
