Description
Provide secretarial/administrative support- Managing and organizing meetings and/or appointments
- Prepare reports, documents and presentation
- Prepare and maintain Manager's expense report
- Maintains item records and forms as required by the corporate management and policies.
- Sets up a systematic and efficient filing system
- Ensures that place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality as well as professionalism
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

3 Years of proven experience:
-
Currently in Dubai:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational Skills
- Wellverse in MS Office package
- Time management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Must be detailoriented, analytical, and resultsdriven.
- English language proficiency
- Degree Holder
Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Secretary: 3 years (required)
