    Description

    Manage and monitor all installed systems andinfrastructure.
    Install, configure, test, and maintainoperating systems, application software, and system administrationtools.
    Proactively ensure the highest levels of systemsand infrastructure are available.
    Monitor and testapplication performance to detect any potential weaknesses,identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implementthose solutions.
    Maintain security, backup and backupstrategies.
    Write and maintain custom software toincrease system efficiency and reduce human intervention time inany tasks.
    Participate in the design of information andoperational support systems.
    Providing second and thirdlevel support.
    Providing monthly reports tomanagement.

    Required profile ofcandidates

    4 to 6 years minimumexperience.

    Proven practical experience ininstalling, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux /Windowsenvironments.

    Strong experience in managing andtuning the performance of application suites (e.g. CRM, MicrosoftAX, Call Center, etc.)

    Strong experience infirewalls, preferably in Sonic Wall.

    Experiencewith virtualization and containerization (VMware and VirtualBox)

    Experience in monitoringsystems.

    Strong knowledge in networking (OSInetwork layers, TCP/IP)
