• As Head Waiter , you will providehands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure that thehighest levels of fine dining service and courtesy are provided toour guests.
• The Head Waiter will greet allguests as they are being seated, creating a professional andfriendly rapport in order to ensure a positive first impression andexceptional standard of service.
• You will befamiliar with the complete food and beverage menu, knowledgeable onall promotional activities, and provides specialist advice toguests and colleagues on menu items whenrequired.
• In addition to the above a priorityof this role will be to closely monitor the consistency of food andbeverage items that are being served to ensure overall servicequality, escalating any major problems or complaints tomanagement.
  

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate must have apassion for hospitality with a minimum 2 years'experience in a similar role with a proven track record of workingin a high-volume restaurant.
• The successfulcandidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a teamplayer, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with adiverse set of clientele.
